Provides the highest level of customer support for wecare Adult Care LLC online properties, including Affiliate websites. Investigates, resolves, and responds to website inquiries from constituents, Affiliate staff, donors and wecare Adult Care LLC internal staff. Serves as the primary line of online technical support for Affiliate and National Office staff, and for online events. Manages the wecare Adult Care LLC online support queue including workflow, tracking, documentation, customer response, and escalation of tickets.
